What are your normal, hourly rates?
Our hourly rates are job and task specific. We start as low as $15/hr. If it is basic, non-labor intensive, like small amounts of push-mowing, simple bed clean-up/weeding, or window hand-washing, we will give you a lower hourly rate. Keep in mind, the green/landscape/labor industry average hourly rate ranges from $30-$50/hr. per man/work-hand. Our normal, labor-intensive, hourly rate is $20/hr. That is for pure hard-labor. You DO NOT pay for breaks, lunches, or any time traveled. Also, you will only pay that rate for a complete landscape professional with atleast 10 years of landscape experience. Our less experienced work-hands, when required, come at a lower hourly rate. With our business, you ALWAYS pay for what you get. You will NEVER over-pay and recieve lower quality like big corporate landscape companies tend to do.
What type of equipment do you own and operate?
For our lawn maintenance and grass-mowing, we use a 52" hydraulic steering, ride-on, zero-turn lawn mower. We seasonally sharpen and grease our blades and bearings to ensure efficiency and maintain clean cutting.
For line-trimming (usually referred to as "weed-whacking") and shrub/limb trimming, we use a commercial line trimmer that also has a mini-chainsaw attachment.
How exactly does your quoting process work?
We send out, if necessary, one of our expert landscape consultants, to view, measure and take photos of your property. They then refer to our pricing guidelines to give you an accurate-as-possible quote so you can plan your budget accordingly before having any work started.
